This is the latest phase of our Africa mobile and digital banking journey. In 2012 we identified digital technology and mobility as another way to meet customer needs, making it ever-easier for them to access our products and services.
Standard Bank Group's acceleration of its mobile and digital banking offering in Africa started with the launch of a banking app in South Africa in 2012 and also driving SMS alert functions across 14 other countries.
Digital technology moves at a lightning pace and our customers on the continent can already look forward to a further upgrade the banking app in 2014. As new technology is developed, Standard Bank Group will continue to meet our customers' evolving needs.
To download the app, go your Android app store.
