Standard Bank ups its customer experience game

Standard Bank Group has appointed two more agencies to consolidate its customer engagement efforts in a bold digital push to win in the increasingly competitive client experience economy.

This brings to near completion the bank’s comprehensive review of its agency model. The first phase of this review saw it onboard best-in-class agencies across its agency portfolio covering Through-the-Line(TTL), Brand, Reputation and PR.

Today Standard Bank announced that it has partnered with Mindshare as its new media agency, consolidating our media buying portfolios across traditional and digital media. Wunderman will look after our specialist digital and direct marketing capabilities. A retail merchandising agency will be appointed soon to complete the Standard Bank agency model.

Earlier this year, Standard Bank appointed M&C Saatchi Abel as its TTL agency and Ogilvy as the brand agency. Edelman and Clockwork are our reputation and PR management agencies, respectively, having also been appointed early this year.
