Client Solutions for Graduate Careers
With innovative, open architecture solutions across our organisation, this team is helping us move from traditional financial services to a platform-led ecosystem.
The Shari'ah compliant financial services industry is regarded as being the fastest growing sector in financial services globally, and is taking root across the African continent.
In its simplest form, the Shari'ah economic system doesn’t recognise money as an asset, and therefore prohibits the paying or receiving of interest for the use of money.
It also prohibits participation in speculative markets, which Shari'ah Law sees as tantamount to gambling. In addition, no investment or participation is allowed in industries like tobacco, alcohol, arms and weaponry.
If you have an interest in this banking specialisation, then become part of this dynamic team as they grow the Shari'ah Banking solutions for customers across our segments and the geographies in which we operate.

If your application is unsuccessful for your preferred programme, but you meet the criteria for another, we'll invite you to a video interview for that programme.
If you're successful at the interview stage, we'll then ask you to take part in an assessment. Each assessment we run is individually linked to one of our Early Careers Programmes, but we'll be sure to give you more information on what's expected of you beforehand.
Although we'd like to offer all the talented applicants a place, competition for spaces on our Early Career Programmes is often fierce. That's why, post assessment stage, we'll prioritise letting you know whether your application has been successful or not.
