It depends on the programme you're applying for:
We can't shrink something that important into two or three words. Take a look around this site, get a feel for how we think, and ask yourself: would we work together? If it's a resounding yes, there's a good chance it's you we're looking for.
In short, our programmes are specifically designed for university-leavers or graduates with a couple of years' industry experience. If you're further along than that, you're bound to find a more appropriate opening through standardbank.com/careers
Yes, on some programmes, and there could even be a stint abroad. Don't be disappointed if you're not flying around the world, though. You'll almost certainly link up with far-flung colleagues on global projects, and there are plenty of international opportunities in the future if you get ahead fast.
